• Sale price per copy through January 31, 2026: $12 plus 9.5% sales tax (see shipping rates below)

• Regular price per copy: $22.95 plus 9.5% sales tax (see shipping rates below) 

Postage per single copy: $5.38
Postage for 2-3 copies: $6.89 flat rate

If you order more than three copies, the postage rate will be based on the weight of that quantity. Sales tax is not applied to the shipping fee.

Once you submit your order, you will receive an invoice to the email address on the order form (usually within 24 hours). You can then enter your credit card information through a secure portal (I do not take, track, or store any credit card information). After your payment has been processed, your book order will be fulfilled via USPS first-class media mail.
