Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

The State of California requires that businesses provide clear information on their respective "no return" policies.

• All book sales through and/or related to The Bona Fide Beasley, whether hard copy, electronic, audiobook, or other media, sold through an online transaction, by mail order, in person, or otherwise distributed or delivered, are a FINAL SALE, and will not be considered for or eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

• All consulting services, speaking engagements, and web design services are considered a FINAL SALE and therefore are non-returnable, non-refundable, and not eligible for exchange. The only exception is with regard to web design, in which case, corrective or minimal design or content changes will be performed upon notification within seven calendar days of product (website) delivery. After seven calendar days have expired, the product delivery will be deemed completely delivered and final.
